For inserts, we need specific details including: the fireplace opening measurements (width, height, and depth), a completed fireplace dimensions worksheet, photographs of the fireplace, information about your chimney height including exterior pictures, and the square footage you aim to heat. These details are essential for us to recommend the most appropriate insert for your fireplace and heating requirements. What information is required when I'm looking for a gas log set, fireplace grate or fireplace doors?
For these items, we require the following: the height, width, and depth measurements of your fireplace, as well as the back width dimension. Clear photographs of the fireplace are also necessary.
